Step-by-Step Guide for Filling Out the UP GNM Entrance Test Ujaat 2025 Online Form

Step 1: Visit the official website

• First of all, go to the official website of Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, UP. There you will find the link of UPGET 2025.

Step 2: Read the notification carefully

• Before filling the form, read the official notification carefully. Eligibility, age, fees, syllabus are all mentioned in it.

Step 3: Register

• Click on “New Registration”.
• Fill in your name, mobile number, email ID and basic details.
• Complete the registration by verifying the OTP.

Step 4: Login and fill the form

• Login with registered mobile/email and password.
• Fill in personal details, educational qualification, address, category, etc. in the form.

Step 5: Upload documents

• Upload your passport size photo, signature, ID proof, and caste/income certificates (if applicable).
• Candidate’s name and date should be written along with the photo.
• Live photo is also required – follow the system instructions.

Step 6: Choose Exam City

• You can choose your preferred exam city (like Lucknow, Prayagraj, Gorakhpur, etc.)

Step 7: Pay Application Fee

• ₹3000/- for General/OBC/EWS
• ₹2000/- for SC/ST/PH
• Pay Fee through online mode (Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking).

Step 8: Preview Form

• Preview all the details once before submitting the form.
• If there is any mistake, correct it with “Edit” option.

Step 9: Final Submit and Print Out

• Submit the form finally.
• Make sure to take a print out for future reference.

Step 10: Correction Window (If required)

• If any mistake remains, then correction window will be open between 7–14 May 2025, it can be corrected.
