Eligibility & Criteria – Who can fill the form?

For Assistant Professor:

Should have Master’s degree in relevant subject (like Hindi, English, Science, Commerce, etc.)
Minimum 55% marks should be in Master’s (50% for SC/ST/PWD)
Should have qualified NET/JRF as per UGC norms
Ph.D. holders are also eligible – if they have done it as per UGC norms
If you have not done NET, but have done Ph.D. (as per new UGC rules after 2010), you are still eligible

For Associate Professor:

Ph.D. Degree is compulsory – in relevant subject
Master’s Degree is also required – with minimum 55%
Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience should be there
Research papers and publications should also be there (as per UGC rules)

For Professor:

Ph.D. degree is required
Master’s Degree with 55% marks
Minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience should be there
Publications, research work and academic contribution should be there
There should be a good academic leader who is an expert in his subject
