• Educational details: 10+2 Exam Board, Passing Year, Marks, etc.
• Physical details: Height, Chest, Weight (for Male), etc.

Step 4: Upload Documents

• Photo and Signature (Scanned Format)
• 10+2 Marksheet & Certificate
• Category/Caste Certificate (If applicable)
• ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN, Voter ID)

Step 5: Make Application Fee Payment

• General/OBC/EWS/Other State: ₹675/-
• SC/ST: ₹180/-
• Payment Mode: Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or E-Challan

Step 6: Final Preview & Submit

• Double check all the details entered.
• After all the sections are correct, press the Submit button.
• The form will be finalized only after the Application Fee Payment is confirmed.

Step 7: Take a print out

After successful submission, take a printout of the final submitted form.
