Step 1: Go to the Official Website

• First of all go to the official website of NCL – https://www.nclcil.in
  Or click on the direct apply link given in the notification.

Step 2: Read the Notification carefully

• Before filling the application, read the official notification carefully – eligibility, trade details, documents list, everything should be clear.

Step 3: Keep Documents Ready

Before filling the form, scan all these documents and keep them ready:

• Passport Size Photo
• Signature
• 10th/ITI Marksheet & Certificate
• Apprentice Certificate
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• ID Proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID etc.)

Step 4: Register

• Go to the website and click on “Apply Online”.
• You have to register first – enter basic details like:
• Name
• Mobile Number
• Email ID
• DOB, etc.

Step 5: Fill the Application Form

• Now fill all the columns of the form carefully:
• Personal Details
• Educational Qualification
• Choose Trade/Discipline
• Proof of Apprentice Training

Step 6: Deposit Application Fee

• Application fee has to be paid through online mode:
• General/OBC/EWS: ₹1180/-
• SC/ST/PH: ₹0 (Free)
• Use for payment:
• Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking

Step 7: Preview and Submit

• Before submitting the form, take a look at the preview once.
• If everything is correct then press the Submit button.

Step 8: Take a print out

• After submitting the form, take its final print out for future reference.
• This is important brother, it will be useful at the time of exam or admit card.
