Rajasthan 4th Class Employee Bharti 2025  Step-by-Step Guide for Filling Out Online Form

If you want to apply for Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) Fourth Class Employee Recruitment 2025, then this Step-by-Step Guide will be helpful for you.

Step 1: Visit the Official Website

• First of all go to the official website of Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSMSSB):

Step 2: Do One Time Registration (OTR)

• If you are applying for the first time, then it is necessary to do OTR (One Time Registration).
• Already registered candidates should login and fill the form directly.

Details required for OTR:

• Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name
• Date of Birth
• Mobile Number & Email ID
• Aadhaar Number / Jan Aadhaar Number
• Address Details

Note: After doing OTR once, there is no need to register separately for every recruitment again.

Step 3: Fill Rajasthan Fourth Class Employee Form

• After logging in, select the form for Fourth Class Employee 2025 recruitment.
• Required details bharain:
• Personal Details (Name, DOB, Gender, Address)
• Educational Qualification (10th pass details)
• Category (General / OBC / SC / ST / EWS)
• Domicile & TSP / Non-TSP Area Selection

Note: While filling the form, check other information carefully.

Step 4: Upload Required Documents

• Photo & Signature (JPG format, proper size)\
• 10th Marksheet
• Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS)
• Domicile Certificate (If applicable)
• Aadhaar Card or Any Govt. ID Proof

Note: Documents will be scanned and uploaded in clear and readable format.

Step 5: Make Application Fee Payment

• Fee payment can be made only in Online Mode:
• Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking
• Emitra / CSC Center

Category Wise Fees:

• General / OBC – ₹600
• OBC NCL / SC / ST – ₹400
• Correction Charge – ₹300

Note: After paying OTR fee once, you will not have to pay application fee again.

Step 6: Form Preview & Submit

• Before submitting the form, check the preview option.
• After verifying all the details, click on the Submit button.
• After successful submission, note down the Application Number / Registration ID.

Note: After submitting the form, wait for the correction window to correct any mistake.

Step 7: Take a print out

• After successful submission, take a print out of the application form.
• Also save a soft copy for future reference.
