The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is accepting online applications for Paramedical Staff Recruitment 2025 from 9 August 2025 to 8 September 2025. Candidates must complete the entire registration process through the official application portal.
Follow this detailed guide to ensure you fill the form correctly and avoid rejection.

Step 1: Visit the Official Website

Go to the RRB online application portal – rrb.digialm.com or visit your regional RRB website and follow the link to the application page.

Step 2: Find the Application Link

On the homepage, look for the notification titled “CEN 02/2025 – RRB Paramedical Recruitment” and click the Apply Online button. This will redirect you to the registration page.

Step 3: Create a New Registration

If you’re a new user:

• Click on “New Registration”.

• Select your preferred RRB zone from the list (e.g., RRB Mumbai, RRB Allahabad, etc.).

• Enter your full name, email address, mobile number, and basic details as required.

Step 4: Verify Contact Details

After submitting your basic details:

• You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your email and mobile number.

• Enter the OTP in the given field to activate your account.

Step 5: Fill the Application Form

Once registered, log in with your User ID and Password to fill the detailed application form:

• Personal Information: Name, date of birth, gender, category, marital status, nationality, and identification marks.

• Educational Qualifications: Details of 10th, 12th, diploma, degree, or relevant qualifications as per the post.

• Experience Details: Only if applicable (e.g., certain posts require prior work experience).

• Communication Details: Permanent and correspondence address.

Step 6: Upload Required Documents

Upload scanned copies in the prescribed format:

• Recent passport-size photograph (JPEG, as per size guidelines).

• Signature in black/blue ink (JPEG format).

• Category certificate for SC/ST/OBC/EWS, if applicable (PDF/JPEG).

• PwBD certificate, if applicable.

• Experience certificates for posts that require it.

Step 7: Pay the Application Fee

The application fee must be paid online via debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI:

• ₹500 – General, OBC, EWS (₹400 refunded after appearing for CBT).

• ₹250 – SC, ST, PwBD, Women, Transgender, Ex-Servicemen (₹250 refunded after appearing for CBT).

Step 8: Review Your Application

Before final submission:

• Recheck all entered details.

• Ensure documents are uploaded correctly.

• Make sure the photograph and signature are clearly visible.

Step 9: Final Submission

Click “Submit” to lock your application. Once submitted, you cannot make changes.

Step 10: Print the Confirmation Page

Download and print:

• Application form

• Payment receipt
  Keep these safe for future reference, especially during document verification.

• Multiple applications from the same candidate will lead to disqualification.
