Step 1: Visit the official website
First of all go to the official website of South East Central Railway (SECR) Nagpur and click on the Apply Online link given in the notification.

Step 2: Register

• Click on “Apply Online”.
• Register by entering your Name, Mobile Number and Email ID.
• You will get a Registration ID and Password – write it down or save it.

Step 3: Fill in your personal details

• Login with your credentials.
• Fill in your basic information like:
• Name
• Father’s Name
• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Category (Gen/OBC/SC/ST)
• Address & Contact Number

Step 4: Fill in Educational Details

• Fill in your qualification details:
• 10th Class (Matric) Marks
• ITI Trade Name and Certificate Details
• Passing Year

Step 5: Upload Documents

• Scan and upload the documents given below:
• Passport Size Photo
• Signature
• 10th Marksheet
• ITI Certificate
• Category/Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• PWD Certificate (if applicable)

Step 6: Preview

• Before submitting the form, check all the details from the preview option – there should not be any mistake.

Step 7: Final Submit

• Submit the form.
• There is no application fee.
• Take a printout of the form for future use.

Important Tip:
Photos and documents should be clear and in the correct format (JPG/PDF). Wrong upload may result in rejection of the form.
